Some post codes may incur extra carriage charges to above.  We will contact you should this be the case (normally deliveries involving Highlands & Islands in the UK, Channel Islands & NI or any other offshore destination, prices will differ).

Some oversize or heavy machinery requiring cranes will require extra delivery charges.  In this instance, please call us on 01784 240399 for a full quote.

For the majority of products there is an excellent and reliable next day service.

Returns will be subject to manufacturers restocking charges typically up to 30% if ordered in error

delivered damaged products will be replaced not refunded

any refunds will be made less any card charges we have incurred typically 2%, bank transfers will not incur charges
If you have any problems please contact us. Whatever the problem, we will stay with it until it has been resolved and you are satisfied. If your goods are damaged upon delivery, please mark damaged on the driver’s delivery receipt.  Keep the box and packaging and ring us on 01784 240399.

Upon delivery of the goods, in each case the purchaser shall sign the company’s delivery note and check the consignment. If the good are not delivered or upon delivery are found to be damaged or short the company shall not in any event be liable unless:

• The purchaser gives written notice to the company and to the carrier within two working days of the date of delivery; and
• The purchaser gives the company or its representative(s) a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods concerned in the state and condition and location in which they were delivered.
